Our applications
The applications listed on the products page are licensed, not sold, and are supplied to authorized users only. Use of an application is governed by the licence or engagement agreement supplied with it, and by any additional terms presented when you install or sign in. Where those terms conflict with this page, those terms govern for that application.
Applications distributed through the Apple App Store are additionally subject to Apple's terms of service. Apple is not a party to any agreement between you and Bluehaven, is not responsible for our applications, and has no obligation to provide support for them.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, our applications, and the software, designs, text and materials we produce are owned by Bluehaven or by our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to them. You may quote short extracts of this site with attribution. You may not copy, republish, modify or redistribute it otherwise without our written permission.
Work produced for a client is owned as set out in the agreement with that client. Nothing here varies any such agreement.
